Frequently Asked Questions

Ultimately, it is your responsibility to know your benefits. We do our best to verify your benefits before services. Sometimes, we are not able to pull the most accurate information. If you ever have questions about your benefits, we recommend you call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card.

We do not offer a sliding scale at this time. We are able to provide a superbill to provide insurance for Out of Network reimbursement if your insurance allows.

We accept cards, cash or checks. Card is our preferred method. We take payments via our EHR software and run copays and coinsurances weekly.

We offer individual counseling services. The process will be tailored to your specific needs. We can focus on trauma, daily life stressors, anxiety, depression, or any issue you are coming in with.

We accept many insurances and can also provide information on billing for out of network providers if we do not accept your insurance. Accepted insurances will vary depending on provider.

We allow for cash payment for those who are uninsured. Please contact us for rates.

We have multiple providers who have differing availability. Some people have waitlists and some have current openings. We are an expanding practice, so we are continuing to grow in availability.
