Childhood trauma, chronic pain/illness, a history of depressive episodes and worsening anxiety. The ideal client struggles to see their strengths and has survived through numerous coping skills that are no longer serving them. The client is ready to work towards change and try a different approach than a one size fits all that has not appeared to work for the client in the past.

As a trauma focused Clinical Social Worker, both in practice and my own experiences, I prioritize the importance of a safe and supportive environment to explore, identify, and process your experiences. I understand the effects of unhealed wounds and the mental and emotional toll that it takes over time. Which is why my goal is to work together in developing coping strategies and resilience, while fostering healing and growth at a pace that is determined by you.

Navigating our mental health can be incredibly confusing and overwhelming. It's important to remember that your feelings are valid, even if they don't always make sense. Healing is a journey, and it's okay to seek help along the way. Together, we can explore your experiences, uncover patterns, and work towards healing. You're not alone!

Calli graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Masters in Social Work, while working with women in transitional housing. Through this Calli found her specialty in trauma work. Pulling upon lived experience, empathy, and a bit of humor along the way.

Many of my clients are adults who feel overwhelmed by their own thoughts, emotions, and responsibilities. They may be managing ADHD, anxiety, trauma histories, burnout, or long-standing patterns that keep them feeling stuck despite their best efforts. Some are high-functioning on the outside but internally exhausted, self-critical, or struggling to stay organized, focused, or emotionally regulated. Others are navigating life transitions, relationship stress, or the lingering effects of past experiences that continue to show up in the present.

What they often want is relief—less emotional intensity, more clarity, better follow-through, and a stronger sense of control over their lives. They want to understand why things feel harder than they “should,” and they want practical tools that actually work in daily life, not just insight.

I help clients get there by combining a collaborative, grounded therapy style with evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s needs. I am a Licensed Social Worker with over 9 years of experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, child welfare, and outpatient therapy. I hold a Master of Social Work degree from Arizona State University.

A core part of my work is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which I use to help clients process distressing or overwhelming experiences that continue to affect their emotions, beliefs about themselves, and current functioning. EMDR can be especially helpful when talk therapy alone hasn’t been enough to create lasting change.

I also work with ADHD in adults, focusing on challenges such as distractibility, executive functioning difficulties, emotional dysregulation, procrastination, and the shame or frustration that can come from feeling “behind” or inconsistent. My approach includes both practical skill-building and a strengths-based understanding of how ADHD shows up in real life.

In addition to EMDR, I draw from cognitive-behavioral strategies, strengths-based therapy, and solution-focused interventions. I aim to help clients not only understand themselves more deeply, but also build tools that make day-to-day life feel more manageable.

Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and focused on real change. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or tired of trying to manage everything on your own, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’d be glad to support you in building a clearer, steadier, and more workable path forward.

My ideal client is someone who feels ready for change, even if they don't know what that change looks like yet. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed, misunderstood or disconnected from themselves. They are open to exploring their emotions, current patterns and past experiences without judgment. They value a space where they can show up, be authentically themselves and truly heard.

I focus on creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard and understood. I believe that healing begins with feeling safe enough to explore complex thoughts and emotions. Using a person centered approach, I work collaboratively to help you reconnect with your strengths and create a deeper sense of self-worth and trust. My goal is to empower you to create meaningful change and grow into a more grounded version of yourself.

My ideal client is one looking to change from surviving to thriving and is ready to discover and change those things holding them back. Whether trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, late-diagnosed neurodivergence, or more, they’re ready to learn tools for regulation and communication, build resilience, and make shifts in their life and relationships.

I offer a safe space, or container, to explore stuck emotions and behavioral patterns in the here and now via talk therapy, AEDP, Internal Family Systems, attachment theory, EMDR, Gottman, and more. I believe in focusing on autonomy and consent and creating that healing space collaboratively. I prefer a trauma-informed approach and healing modalities over medical models.

It's ok that you’re not ok. That you are not some broken thing to be fixed, but have wounds that can heal. I invite adults of all life stages, genders, and lifestyles to join me in a space held for you to learn and accomplish the healing work.
